School with christmas tree

A very warm welcome to our school!

We aim to help your child to thrive academically, physically and socially as they grow from a 3 year old into an independent and confident 11 year old. We do this by providing a carefully planned set of experiences, within and beyond the school day, that helps your child develop in a happy, supportive and rich learning environment. We have dedicated and experienced staff, who are looking forward to working in partnership with you and your child. We are extremely proud of our school, the children’s achievements and are continually working to be the best we can be.

Come as you are, leave great!

If these questions hit home and made you exhale a little, then join Anisa (Parenting Coach) for her monthly Free Parenting Clinic. This online session is all about parent wellbeing, protecting your bandwidth, and finding small but powerful ways to fill your own cup again. Join us on Zoom for the 30-minute talk. Book here: https://anisalewis.as.me/theclinic or email Anisa on hello@anisalewis.com to get the booking link Say Yes to Micro Moments of Rest Parenting tip by Anisa Lewis - Parenting Coach www.anisalewis.com When everything feels loud and fast, give yourself a one-minute pause. Step into another room or simply close your eyes where you are. Breathe in slowly, breathe out slowly, and let your system reset. It sounds tiny, but it stops overwhelm from snowballing and brings your calm back online. Say Yes to Micro Moments of Rest Parenting tip by Anisa Lewis - Parenting Coach www.anisalewis.com You do not need an entire afternoon off to feel better. Little pockets of rest count. Drink your tea while it is still warm. Sit down for two minutes before the school run. Stretch your shoulders while the kettle boils. These micro moments keep your energy topped up so you are not running on fumes. Boundaries Are a Gift Parenting tip by Anisa Lewis - Parenting Coach www.anisalewis.com A clear boundary is not selfish. It is a way of protecting your wellbeing. Try something simple like “I am here to help after I have finished what I am doing.” When you hold steady, your children learn respect, patience, and that everyone in the family matters. Including you. Notice the Good Parenting tip by Anisa Lewis - Parenting Coach www.anisalewis.com Your brain is wired to notice problems first. Balance it out by spotting small positives in your day. A moment of connection. A job ticked off. A laugh you were not expecting. This gentle practice boosts resilience, lifts mood, and reminds you that even on tough days there is still light.
